A. Heat-Sealed Embroidery $3/letter
Description: This method uses a pre-embroidered letter that is heat & pressure applied to the cap.  This provides a very professional look but is limited to 3 characters.
Step 1-3. Order A Hat
<In the left window Select a Hat Size, Quantity & Color and then click "Add to Cart" button.
Step A-D. Personalize Hat
Below, Select the lettering Color, Style, Characters and Quantity for your hat and add click the "Add to Cart" button.
A. Select Lettering Color B. Select Lettering Style
Letters/numbers are approx. 2" tall.

Click on letter for example (opens in new window)
C. Select Letters to be Applied to the Hat

D. Select Quantity and Add to cart
