We have many different products and
services all with a range of steps required to complete and different
shipping options available, so we don't have a one-size-fits-all
turnaround time. Also there are factors that we cannot control such as
backorders, mis-ships, large volume of orders, etc that may require
additional time. |

We maintain a 1-2 week turnaround to allow for any mis-shipments, mis-prints, defective garments etc. |

All our team uniforms are ordered factory direct at least once a week. The time
it takes for us to receive the garments can range from 2-8 business days depending on what day you place the order.
Team orders without custom options can be shipped direct from the factory (see Rush Orders
/Dropships below). |

Orders with custom options, lettering numbering, logos, etc. - generally range from 1-3 business days once we receive the items in-house. |

Most of our
garments displayed
on our website are in stock from our suppliers and ready for
shipment or production.
Occasionally, i.e. out of season items may be backordered and
turnaround time is usually within 2-4 weeks. Discontinued items are
are subject to availability. |

Rush Orders |
Due to the variables involved with producing custom garments,
we can never guarantee that we can meet a specific date
especially if tight deadlines are required. We always strive
to fulfill orders with short turnaround times as quickly as
possible. |

Drop Ship Orders for Blank Uniforms & Samples |
If you need blank uniforms we can drop ship direct from our
suppliers. There is usually a small add-on charge for
this service.
In some cases we will
automatically ship blank garments direct from the supplier at no extra
charge. Generally for larger orders of at least two pieces or
for customers close to the supplier. For more
